Who we are
Prairie Clean Out ("we", "us") provides junk removal, property cleanouts and hauling in Central Alberta. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable Canadian privacy law.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your inquiry and do the job. That may include:
- Contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
- Job details: the location of the property, the type of cleanup and a description of the items.
- Photos: pictures you send us of the items or site so we can quote.
- Messages: anything you share with us by phone, text, email, Instagram or Google.
This website does not ask you to create an account and does not collect payment information.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a custom quote.
- To schedule, carry out and follow up on your job.
- To keep basic business records, such as invoices and job history.
- To meet legal, tax or regulatory obligations.
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we won't add you to a marketing list without your permission.
Consent
By sending us an inquiry or contacting us, you consent to our use of your information for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, though we may not be able to provide a quote or service without it.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only when needed to run our business, for example:
- Service providers that help us communicate or operate, such as our email provider and any form service used on this website.
- Disposal, recycling or hauling facilities, limited to what's needed to complete your job.
- Authorities, when required by law.
Some of these providers may store information outside Alberta or Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
